The bridesmaids dresses i have chosen for my girls. I just have no idea what shoes to get them they are getting a necklace for their gifts either the day before or as we are getting ready i will give them their presents i have no chosen yet.

A mood board/swatch board of our wedding colours. The colours are natural greens and purples with silver threaded in, My fiancée will be wearing a silver tie, his grooms men wearing purple ties to match my girls dresses. This was a nice twist and it also made the groom stand out from the other men in suits not that he wouldn’t any way but i thought it was a nice touch.

At the start of the week i completely changed my diet into actually eating meals rather than binge snacking and eating a lot of sugar or crappy foods, I have lost 7lbs so far in about four-five day i know this is not really ideal but still. 

I do at the moment an hour on intense exercise a day on top of what ever house work or walking i do. 

I just thought i would share my diet plan for tomorrow

Breakfast:

I eggs worth of egg whites scrambled 1 slice of brown toast with a thin layer of light butter. 1 apple

-approx 187 cal

lunch:

1 can of tuna - nothing added to it

iceberg lettuce leaves.

-approx 93 cal

Dinner:

I have no idea yet.

All in all i will most likely have 500-700 calories tomorrow then i will likely burn 300 to 400 calories in exercise tomorrow too so my calories intake will roughly me 300 calories or 400.

And that is really because i have had a normal day where i have at roughly 1500 calories and worked off 400 in exercise.
